Since October 1999, Del Dunavant has served the Northern California Conference as the Director for Church Growth and Sabbath School Ministries. In January 2008, he transitioned from serving as the Director of Sabbath School Ministries to the Director of Evangelism - while maintaining his responsibilities as Church Growth Director.  Dunavant obtained his B.A. in theology from Loma Linda University and his Master of Divinity and his Doctor of Ministry from Andrews University.

For 25 years, Dunavant served as a pastor at several churches in the NCC. He has also taught graduate students at several of our universities in the area of church growth and spiritual growth.
