FAQ - Order status and shipping/tracking information

Q.  How do I check the status of my order or find shipping/tracking information?

A.  If you have any questions regarding the status of your order (what step of the process your order is currently at), when the package has shipped, and any available tracking information, you may check this by following the steps below. 

  • Log into your store account by following this link and using the email address and password that you entered when you placed the order.
  • Once you have sucessfully logged in, please visit the link along the top of the screen that says "My Account"
  • You will be taken to a page that lists all the orders that you have placed with us using the email address you entered.
  • If you would like to see more detailed information about any order, shipping/tracking information, etc. You may do so by clicking on the individual order "View" button.
  • You will then be showed a detailed page containing all order details, history and comments, including tracking information when it has been made available.

Order Status - Following is a list of the most commonly used order statuses and their meanings.

  • Pending - Awaiting Payment - Order is holding pending payment arrival and clearance (if by check.)
  • Pending - Payment Received - Order is holding while previous orders are completed.
  • Processing - Order is being created.
  • Ready to Ship - The order has been completed and is awaiting shipment.  The order will be shipped within the next 24 hours.
  • Shipped - Order is in transit to the customer.
  • Delivered - Order has been delivered.
  • Pre-order - The order was placed before the media has been made available (ie. we are still producing the series after recording)
  • Delivery Attempted - The shipping carrier has attempted to deliver your order but was not able to.  Please contact the shipping carrier more instructions on how to receive your order.
