Charles Brown is the founder and president of Adventist Reconciliation Services (ARS), a professional service that provides mediation and arbitration services for individuals, "Congregation Conflict Intervention" services for churches, and training in Christian conciliation. Marjorie has also taken the reconciler training offered by the Institute for Christian Conciliation and she serves as office manager and secretary-treasurer of ARS.
