1. Thousand Island Dressing

Mix well in a small mixing bowl:

• 1 recipe Soy Mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
• 1/2 cup sliced olives
• 3 Tbsp. Refrigerator Bread-and-Butter Pickle Relish, optional.

Store in the refrigerator.
