1. Soy Ranch Dressing
Blend in a blender till thick:
- 1 1/8 cups water
- 2/3 cup Soyagen (soy milk powder)
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
Pour into a bowl and add:
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dill
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp. dried garlic granules
Stir well. Add more water if a thinner dressing is desired. Store in refriderator.
