Herb Gravy

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cashews, rinsed
2 cups water
4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce)
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of rosemary

Instructions
1) Bring 1 cup of the water to a boil in a medium saucepan
2) Blend remaining ingredients until very smooth in the blender
3) Pour blended mixture into the boiling water and stir with a whisk until thickened. The gravy will thicken further as it cools.
