3. Soy Mayonnaise
Blend in a blender till thick:
1 cup water
2/3 cup Soyagen powder (Soy milk powder)
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/3 cup raw cashews
Pour into a bowl and stir in 3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice. Mix well. Store in refrigerator.
