Cheese Sauces for Vegetables

1."Cheese" Sauce for Vegetables

For your favorite vegetable meal

Blend in a blender till creamy, about 1 minute

• 3/4 cup raw cashews
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup cooked carrots

Add as needed for smooth blending:

• 1 cup water

Add and blend:

• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
• 1/4 tsp. celery salt
• 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
• 1 tsp. onion salt
• 1 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until "cheese" thickens. "Chesses" will burn easily.
