FAQ - Virus warnings when accessing newsletter or site

Q. Whever I try to open your newlestter or visit your website, I receive warnings that my antivirus software has detected a virus.

A. There are no viruses in our newsletters, only text, links and photos.  Our server is secure, has it's own antivirus that is always up-to-date, and we personally build our own newsletters and site content.  We use antivirus software on all systems in our office, our router has built in antivirus protections as well, and we are quite aware of what is going in and out of our system and server. All our newsletters are sent out directly from our system.  If you received it from a friend, family member, or another party, there may be something within their system that is causing the problem.  If you are getting virus warnings from a direct mailing of ours, the most likely reason is your antivirus software is generating false positives.  In these cases, you may want to click ignore (or equivalent) if you get a warning.  If you are still having problems, you may want  to consider contacting your antivirus vendor or switching antivirus software.
