FAQ - DVD, Blu-ray and CD Troubleshooting

Q. When I try to play the media in my player, it skips or does not play correctly.  What should I do?

A. We have found that approximately 99% of all DVD read errors/skips are related to the DVD player being used.  We use multiple techniques to insure that DVD’s are problem free.  Every single DVD and CD is automatically checked by our systems after duplication to guarantee that the disc can be read.  If you are experiencing a problem with a DVD please,

  1. Check the disc for any defects, scratches, smudges or fingerprints and carefully clean if necessary.  (Note: we use gloves during assembly.)  Click here to see instructions on cleaning discs.Click here to see instructions on cleaning discs.
  2. Note on what disc and time where the problem occurs, also please make sure to note the model number and date of manufacture of the DVD player.
  3. Try the DVD on at least one other player using the noted time and disc above.

If you are still having difficulties please contact uscontact us before sending the disc back so we can verify the error.  We will have you ship the disc back to check it and we will send you another disc.
